Privacy Policy
CardFlow is developed and published by 3PM Studios. CardFlow is designed as a local photo workflow.
Photographs, metadata, and files
CardFlow works with photographs, video or audio companions, filenames, IPTC metadata, XMP sidecars, folders, and storage locations you select. These remain on your Mac, iPad, connected storage, or chosen destination unless you initiate a transfer.
CardFlow accesses only files and locations you select or authorize through operating-system controls.
User-directed transfers
CardFlow can send or export selected files using destinations you choose, including FTP servers, external drives, local or cloud-storage folders, Mail, Messages, AirDrop, and apps presented by Apple’s share sheet.
When you initiate an action, the selected photographs and metadata are transmitted to that destination. 3PM Studios does not receive a copy. Third-party services process information according to their own policies.
Credentials and preferences
Saved FTP passwords are stored using Apple’s Keychain services. Other preferences may be stored locally. CardFlow does not transmit saved credentials to 3PM Studios.
Photos library
On iPad, CardFlow may request access to photographs or albums in Apple Photos when you choose to browse or import them. CardFlow uses that access only for the action you request.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
CardFlow version 1.0 does not include third-party advertising, behavioral tracking, or developer-operated analytics SDKs.
Data retention and deletion
Because CardFlow does not collect an account or operate a cloud library, there is no CardFlow server account to delete. You control local photographs, metadata, logs, templates, destinations, and preferences through CardFlow and Apple’s platform tools. Copies sent elsewhere must be managed with that destination.
Children
CardFlow is professional photography software and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
CardFlow uses Apple platform permissions and Keychain where appropriate. Standard FTP is not encrypted; CardFlow identifies that fact in the interface. You are responsible for selecting destinations appropriate for your assignment. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when CardFlow’s features or legal obligations change. The effective date will be revised when an update is published.
